Tenants
Information for MCK tenants.
This page is for tenants of buildings owned and operated by MCK Property Holdings. It covers how to reach management, how repairs are handled, how rent is paid, and how to check that a notice is genuine.
How do I reach management?
Call 718-289-0674 or email holdingsmck@gmail.com. Because MCK manages its own buildings, these contacts reach the owner’s team directly — there is no separate management company. Always include your building, your unit and your name so nothing has to be asked twice.
How do I request a repair?
Report the problem with your building and unit, what is wrong, and when someone can get access — a photo helps a repair get solved on the first visit. Urgent problems — no heat, a major leak, no hot water, anything unsafe — should be phoned in at 718-289-0674 rather than emailed, so they are heard immediately.
How do I pay rent?
Wherever possible, rent is charged automatically to a card on file, so nothing has to be remembered each month. Your lease sets out the arrangement for your unit. If you are ever unsure — or you are asked to pay a new way, to a new account or through an unfamiliar app — call 718-289-0674 and confirm before sending anything.
How do I know a notice really came from MCK?
Check it against the two contacts published on this site: 718-289-0674 and holdingsmck@gmail.com. If a notice, payment request or “new payment method” message came from anywhere else, call and confirm before acting on it. MCK will never pressure a tenant to pay through an unfamiliar channel on the spot.
Talk to the owner directly.
One phone call reaches the people who own and operate the buildings — no call center, no layers.
