Frequently asked questions.

Direct answers about MCK Property Holdings — for tenants, owners thinking about selling, brokers, and lenders or partners doing their homework.

What is MCK Property Holdings?

MCK Property Holdings is a privately held real-estate owner-operator based in New York. It owns and operates multifamily, single-family and commercial properties in New York and Chicago, and manages its buildings in-house — leasing, maintenance and tenant relations included.

What types of properties does MCK Property Holdings own?

The portfolio spans three property types: multifamily apartment buildings, single-family homes and condominiums, and commercial space. Every property is bought to be owned and operated.

Where does MCK Property Holdings operate?

MCK operates in two markets: New York — including New York City and Rockland County, where the company is based in Spring Valley — and Chicago, Illinois.

Who manages MCK's properties?

MCK manages its buildings in-house. There is no third-party management company between tenants and the owner: the people responsible for leasing, maintenance and rent collection work directly for MCK Property Holdings. The same in-house team also manages buildings for outside owners.

Does MCK manage buildings for other owners?

Yes. MCK Property Holdings offers full-service property management to owners in New York and Chicago, run by the same in-house team that operates its own portfolio. The Property management page sets out what that covers and how to start.

What does full-service property management include?

Full service means MCK runs the building end to end: finding and screening tenants, leases and renewals, rent collection, repairs and maintenance, vendors and inspections, and regular reporting back to the owner. The owner keeps the decisions that matter and hands over the day-to-day.

I'm a tenant in an MCK building — how do I reach management or request a repair?

Call 718-289-0674 or email holdingsmck@gmail.com with your building, your unit and the issue. Urgent problems — no heat, a major leak, anything unsafe — should always be phoned in rather than emailed. The Tenants page explains what to include so a repair can be handled on the first visit.

How do I pay rent?

Payment instructions come with your lease. If you are unsure where or how to pay — or you have been asked to pay somewhere new — call 718-289-0674 first and confirm before sending anything.

Does MCK have apartments available to rent?

Availability changes through the year. Call 718-289-0674 or email holdingsmck@gmail.com with the area you are looking in, your move-in timing and the size you need, and you will hear back about what is open or coming up.

Does MCK buy buildings directly from owners?

Yes. MCK Property Holdings buys multifamily, single-family and commercial buildings directly from their owners in New York and Chicago, without requiring the property to be listed. The Sell Us Your Building page describes how the process works.

What kinds of buildings is MCK looking to acquire?

Multifamily apartment buildings, single-family homes and condominiums, and commercial properties in New York and Chicago. If you are unsure whether a property fits, send the address and basic details — an answer costs nothing.

Do you work with brokers?

If you represent an owner, you are welcome to bring the opportunity. Include the property details and your role when you reach out, and it will be reviewed the same way as a direct approach.

Is MCK Property Holdings affiliated with other companies named "MCK"?

No. MCK Property Holdings is an independent, privately held company based in Spring Valley, New York, operating in New York and Chicago. Companies with similar names registered elsewhere — in other U.S. states or in other countries — are unrelated to it.

How can I verify that a notice or payment request really came from MCK?

Check it against the two contacts published on this site: 718-289-0674 and holdingsmck@gmail.com. If a notice, payment request or “new payment method” message came from anywhere else, call 718-289-0674 and confirm before acting on it. MCK will never pressure a tenant to pay through an unfamiliar channel on the spot.

How can lenders, investors or partners reach MCK?

Call 718-289-0674 or email holdingsmck@gmail.com with who you are and what you need; mention “lender” or “partner” in the subject so it routes quickly. Company facts — what MCK is, what it owns and where — are kept current on the About page.

Talk to the owner directly.

One phone call reaches the people who own and operate the buildings — no call center, no layers.
