For Property Owners

We’ll run your building the way we run our own.

MCK Property Holdings provides full-service property management to owners in New York and Chicago. The team that manages your building is the same in-house team that operates MCK’s own portfolio — not a contractor, and not a call center.

What’s included

What does MCK take on?

Full service means MCK runs the building end to end, so the owner keeps the decisions that matter and hands over the day-to-day:

  • Tenants and leasing — advertising vacancies, showing units, screening applicants, and handling leases and renewals.
  • Rent collection — rent charged and collected on schedule, chased when it is late, with arrears kept visible rather than left to drift.
  • Repairs and maintenance — tenants report problems to us; urgent issues are treated as urgent; routine upkeep is planned rather than deferred.
  • Vendors and inspections — contractors engaged and supervised, and the building kept ready for whatever the city asks to see.
  • Reporting back to you — you know what the building earned, what it cost and what is outstanding, without having to ask.
Why us

Why hand a building to an owner-operator?

Because we are judged by the same things you are. MCK owns and operates its own buildings, so every habit this business runs on — filling vacancies quickly, fixing problems before they become expensive, keeping good tenants — comes from paying those costs ourselves. A manager who owns nothing is paid a fee whether the building thrives or not; we do this work on our own portfolio every day, on the same streets.

It also means one point of contact who can actually decide something, and tenants who reach a person rather than a queue.

Where

Where does MCK manage buildings?

In both of MCK’s markets: New York — New York City and Rockland County, including Spring Valley, where the company is based — and Chicago, Illinois. Multifamily apartment buildings, single-family homes and condominiums, and commercial property are all managed.

Getting started

How do we start?

  1. Tell us about the building — call 718-289-0674 or email holdingsmck@gmail.com with the address, the units or use, and what is going wrong or taking up your time.
  2. We look at it — the building, its tenants and its current condition, so any answer we give is based on the real thing.
  3. Terms — we agree what we will handle and what it costs, in plain terms, before anything changes.
  4. Handover — we take on the tenants, the records and the vendors, and tell your tenants where to reach us.

Tired of running the building yourself?

Tell us the address and what is taking up your time — you will get a straight answer about whether we are a fit.
